Everything was fantastic.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right behind the ski lift, making it super convenient for us to hit the slopes in no time. The service here was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping ensuring our comfort at all times. The hotel's amenities were outstanding, from the shops and laundry services to the ski pass vendor and equipment hire, everything we needed was taken care of. We were even welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a mini-bar, sitting area, and a terrace where we could enjoy the beautiful views. The soundproofed rooms allowed for a peaceful night's sleep, and we loved the added touch of free toiletries and an alarm clock. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, with a sauna, massage services, and a relaxing spa lounge. The sun terrace with sun loungers was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun. we had a truly luxurious and enjoyable experience here.

Being located just next to the cable car is a great advantage, making it easy to hit the slopes right away. the view of the mountains is truly breathtaking. the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms add to the comfort of the stay. the friendly staff provides great service and the breakfast options are delightful.

The bar area could use some improvements, as it is a designated smoking area, which can be uncomfortable for non-smokers.

We appreciated the effort put into providing a variety of options to choose from.

Noise level and lack of facilities. The delivery trucks in the morning disturbed our sleep.

The location was key for skiing, just a few steps from the gondola. Also, the breakfast was really good and plentiful. The spa area was enjoyable, with a clean and sweet-smelling sauna.

Sadly, our Christmas at the hotel was a letdown. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the service was not up to par. We found a lack of traditional Christmas atmosphere, and the room was overly warm. Additionally, the noise from the nearby street made it tough to get a decent night of sleep.
